California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

The Company, as well as its subsidiaries and affiliates, remain committed to holding themselves to the highest ethical standards. The Company, its subsidiaries and its affiliates, do not condone slavery or human trafficking and do not knowingly conduct business with companies who engage in such practices. Currently, we do not require suppliers to verify product supply chains related to human trafficking and slavery; audit suppliers to evaluate human trafficking and slavery risks; or certify that materials incorporated into products comply with laws regarding human trafficking and slavery. Also, we are not currently engaged in maintaining internal standards for associates and suppliers regarding human trafficking and slavery; or engaged in training associates or contractors on these matters. However, our suppliers are vetted and required to warrant that goods or services furnished were produced or performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
